Terms of Service & Member Agreement
Last Updated: October 2026 · Governing all matrimonial registrations, candidate verifications, and matchmaking introductions conducted through The Intentional Covenant (TIC).
handshake 1. Sole Matrimonial Purpose
The Intentional Covenant (TIC) is strictly dedicated to lawful, intentional marriage. Registrations for dating, friendship, commercial advertising, or casual socialization are categorically barred. Any candidate or representative found using the platform for non-matrimonial purposes will face immediate disqualification and permanent blacklist.
person_check 2. Legal Eligibility & Age Requirements
Candidates must have attained the legal age of marriage prescribed by the laws governing their jurisdiction (minimum 18 years for females and 21 years for males in India; legal majority in respective international jurisdictions). Candidates must be legally eligible to marry (unmarried, legally divorced with absolute decree, or legally widowed).
verified 3. Truthfulness of Biodata & Documentation
By submitting a matrimonial profile, the candidate (or parent/guardian acting on their behalf) declares that all submitted biodata—including full legal name, date and time of birth, educational degrees, employment status, annual income, marital status, and caste/community—are accurate, current, and truthful. Knowingly submitting fraudulent documentation constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
lock 4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure of Profiles
Any profile highlights, photographs, horoscope details, or contact coordinates shared with candidates by our matchmaker admin are confidential proprietary communications. Members expressly agree not to publish, forward, capture screenshots for public dissemination, or distribute matched profiles to third parties without prior authorization.
badge 5. Government ID Verification Consent
Submitting government proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, etc.) grants TIC administrative staff the permission to perform identity authenticity audits. TIC safeguards all government IDs with strict encryption, utilizing them solely for administrative compliance. ID proof documents are never shared publicly or given to prospective matches.
shield 6. Family Due Diligence & Disclaimers
While TIC exercises rigorous administrative vetting and ID validation, families and candidates are strongly encouraged and obligated to conduct their own independent familial, financial, and background inquiries before finalizing any marital engagement. TIC acts as a facilitating matchmaking concierge and is not liable for family decisions or independent character developments post-introduction.
security 7. Zero-Tolerance Code of Conduct
TIC strictly prohibits dowry demands, financial solicitations, abusive communications, harassment, or deception. Any candidate or representative attempting to extort funds, misrepresent marital status, or breach standards of decorum will be reported to appropriate legal authorities where necessary.
